I have won many cases at the trial level in various courts. It is very difficult to win on appeal or get a case published. I have written less than ten appeals. Success in three out of ten is a great track record. It is the grace of God. The following are appellate cases I have won to date.
Johnston v. Johnston, 825 N.E. 2d 958 (2005), Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, personal jurisdiction.
Smith v. City of Wyoming, et. al., 821 F.3d 697 (6th Cir. 2016), Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, search and seizure.
On December 7, 2018, State v. Hudson, 2018-Ohio-4880, Ohio Second Appellate District, found that “the municipal court is affirmed as to Hudson’s conviction on failure to stop and vacated as to his conviction for failure to comply.”
“I put no trust in my bow, my sword does not bring me victory: but you give us victory over enemies. In God we make our boast all day long, and we will praise your name forever.” Psalm 44:6-8 NIV.
